"As a multidisciplinary artist, I like to create work which evokes a feeling of intimacy and playfulness through storytelling. I find beauty in the intimacy of relationships, emotions, nature, and the simple moments in time we often pass by without thought.

My work is heavily influenced by my life, and often contains an undertone of faith, that all of God’s creations are beautiful. As a Christian artist, I strive to share God's love, whether boldly or subtly, through my work. I am inspired by the beauty of nature, found when I am out hiking in the mountains, or simply sitting in the grass. Being outside allows me to clear and open my mind to thoughts and ideas which make me passionate about my art. This is where I do my best thinking, and where my imagination comes to life.

In terms of the technical aspect of my work, I enjoy working both two-dimensional and three-dimensional. Two-dimensionally, I work mostly in painting and drawing, which allow me to express myself through color and mark making. In terms of three-dimensionally, I love being able to physically make something with my hands, which is why I love working with clay."
